Processing Time:
Orders ship within 1–2 business days of purchase.
Carriers:
Orders are shipped through trusted U.S. carriers, and all shipments include tracking.
Shipping Rates:
• $5 flat rate for orders under $90
• Free shipping for orders $90+
Delivery Time:
Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment, depending on destination.
Shipping Area:
At this time, we ship to addresses within the United States only.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at support@wobewell.com within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the package and product. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your WoBe gear. If it’s not the right fit, here’s how returns work:
Eligibility:
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached.
Exclusions:
All discounted items, limited-edition drops, or heavily marked-down promotions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived defective or damaged. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment once we receive and inspect your return. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear.
Exchanges:
If you’d like to exchange for a different size, style, or color, email support@wobewell.com to request an exchange authorization. Exchanges will only be processed if the original item is unworn and in resellable condition. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll ship your requested replacement free of charge.
